The whole kernel and the cornmeal give this bread a yellowish brown tone while the yogurt is responsible for its sour flavor.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons white sugar
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 1/2 cups bread flour
- 3/4 cup cornmeal
- 3/4 cup canned whole kernel corn, well drained
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 3/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup water

| DIRECTIONS
Put all the ingredient on the bread machine plate as directed by the machine producer, then set off the machine to the Basic white or wholegrain setting, and then push the Start button.
