This recipe offers three variety of flavors. You can get to choose between appesauce, pumpkin or persimmon, prepare and bake in the same settings.

INGREDIENTS

2 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
3 c. flour (all purpose)
2 eggs
2 c. pulp (one of three: applesauce, pumpkin, persimmon)
1 c. raisins
2 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

• Soften oil, sugar and eggs together.
• Add soda in pulp until dissolved. Add this into the prior mixture and combine with the dry ingredients.
• Pour batter in a well-greased loaf pan and set for a 325 degrees F baking until done.
