According to Pauline Sniezek from Adam, Masachusettes, this recipe is a perfect way to prepare any dish, and they have been making this recipe for over fifty years now.

    INGREDIENTS

    • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/2 cup milk
    DIRECTIONS

Using a mixing bowl, mix together, the salt and the flour. In a separate bowl beta together the milk and the eggs, then combine both mixtures together until well blended. Fill your lightly oiled and floured eight ounces custard cups with batter the place them in a baking pan. Set your oven to 425 degrees F then let them cook for twenty minutes or just until the color turn golden brown. Never open the oven door while the popovers are cooking.
