This recipe makes a perfect Yorkies which remain tall as it is with hollow center and paired with loads of delicious gravy.

    INGREDIENTS

    • 4 eggs
    • 2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 2 cups milk
    • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

    DIRECTIONS

    • Set your oven to 450 degrees F.
    • Using a big mixing container beat the eggs and milk together the gradually add in the flour until the texture becomes fluffy then put it aside.
    • Lightly oil twelve muffin cups then fill them with batter just about a teaspoon full in each cup.
    • Place them inside the oven then let the cook for five to ten minutes. Take them off the oven and immediately layer them with a quarter cup more batter.
    • Let them bake for thirty to thirty five minutes then dish them out right away. If you are still waiting for guests to arrive just leave them inside the oven with the door slightly open.
