INGREDIENTS

• 2/3 cup sugar
• 1 cup butter
• 1/2 tsp. almond extract
• 2 cups flour
• 1/2 cup raspberry jam*

GLAZE

• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1,1/2 tsp. amond extract
• 2 to 3 tsp. water

• Set the oven to 350 degrees F
• Combine all the cookie ingredients and then mold them into balls and then press  the center with your thumb, fill the center with any kind of filling and then arrange then into the baking sheet. Place them inside the oven and let them cook for fourteen t eighteen minutes.
• Combine the glaze ingredient and then pour it over the cooked cookies.
