    Pumpkin Chip Muffins Recipe

    This muffin is a mouthwatering recipe that are served in our family get together as a traditional recipe, these are usually served during Halloween parties because they are so perfectly delicious and packed with chocolate chips.

    INGREDIENTS

    • 4 eggs
    • 2 cups white sugar
    • 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
    • 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
    • 3 cups all-purpose flour
    • 2 teaspoons baking soda
    • 2 teaspoons baking powder
    • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

    DIRECTIONS

    • Set your oven to 400 degrees F then lightly oil twelve muffin cups or place muffin paper inside each cups.
    • Combine the beaten eggs with the pumpkin, oil and sugar. Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, add together the flour, baking powder and soda, salt and cinnamon. Pour them over the pumpkin mixture then toss on the chocolate chips.
    • Pour the batter over the muffin cups then place them inside the oven and let them cook for fifteen to twenty minutes or just until the or just until the toothpick placed at the middle of the muffin do not have anything sticking to it when pulled out. Place them on the wire racks for further cooling.
