This bread machine recipe is ideal for feasts. The corn meal and jalapeno combination makes this bread oh so yummy.

INGREDIENTS 

• 1 tablespoon chopped jalapeno pepper
• 3/4 cup whole kernel corn
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon white sugar
• 1/2 cup cornmeal
• 1 1/3 cups bread flour
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Put all the ingredient on the bread machine plate as directed by the machine producer, then set off the machine to the Basic bread setting, and then push the Start button. If the machine that you use has a fruit setting add the peppers and the whole kernel when it indicates you to do so or if the selection is not available just add them in five minutes after the kneading cycle are done.
