An easy and healthy bread recipe that is made exquisitely toasted with creamy roasted almond butter.

INGREDIENTS
2½ cups blanched almond flour
½ teaspoon celtic sea salt
½ teaspoon baking soda
3 eggs
1 tablespoon agave nectar
½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar

DIRECTIONS
- Mix almond flour, salt and baking soda. In another bowl, stir eggs and add the agave and vinegar.
- Stir wet ingredients with the dry until combined.
- Ladle the batter into a 6.5 x 4-inch well-greased loaf pan.
- Put it in the oven and bake for about 55 minutes at 300 degrees F. Let it cool a little prior to serving.
- Makes 1 loaf (about 12 slices)
