    Crunch and Raisin Cookies Recipe

    INGREDIENTS

    • 1 3/4 c All-purpose flour
    • 1 tsp Baking soda
    • 1/4 tsp Salt
    • 1/2 cup Butter or margarine; room
    • Temp. (1 stick)
    • 1/2 cup Creamy peanut butter
    • 1 cup Sugar
    • 1 cup Light brown sugar; firm pack
    • 1 tsp Vanilla
    • 2 Eggs
    • 1/4 cup Milk
    • 2 1/2 cup Granola
    • 1 cup Raisins
    DIRECTIONS

    • Set the oven to 350 degrees F, Lightly oil your cookie sheets.
    • In the waxed paper, mix in the baking soda, flour and salt together.
    • While in a separate bowl whisk the butter, sugar peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until the mixture becomes frothy and light. Pour in the milk and eggs and then pour in the flour mixture.
    • Drop a tablespoon of batter into a lightly oiled cookie sheet making a couple of inches space in between each piece.
    • Place the sheet inside the oven and let them cook for twelve to fifteen minutes. Place into wire rack for further cooling.
