INGREDIENTS
- 2 Cups Flour
- 2 tsp. Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 2/3 Cup brown Sugar
- 2 lg Eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 Cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
- 1/2 Cup Mini-chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS
- Set the oven to 425 degrees F. lightly oil a dozen of muffin tins.
- Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl while in a separate mixing container mix together the sugar, oil, vanilla and milk together and then pour them over the dry mixture, add in the chocolate chips and then pour them over the tins and then place them inside the oven and then bake for eighteen to twenty minutes.
