A real bread treat that can make a great serving for special gatherings and holiday buffet!

INGREDIENTS
* 8 oz. package cream cheese
* 1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
* 1 cup butter
* 1 teaspoon almond flavoring
* 4 eggs
* 2 1/4 cup cake and pastry flour
* 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
* 1 cup red maraschino cherries chopped
* 1 cup green maraschino cherries
* 1/2 cup ground almonds
* 1/2 cup icing sugar
* 1 tablespoon milk

DIRECTIONS
- Combine cream cheese, sugar, butter and almond flavoring. Add the eggs one a time. Beat and add 2 cups of flour with baking powder gradually.
- Stir in the rest of the flour, chopped cherries and ground almonds. Fold the fruit mixture in.
- Divide batter into two greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees F for 1-1/2 hours.
- Combine icing sugar and milk until thin then drizzle over the loaves when warm.
- Makes 2 loaves.

INGREDIENTS
* 6 tablespoon butter
* 1 1/2 cups self rising flour
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 2 teaspoon baking powder
* 1 teaspoon paprika
* 1 1/4 cups grated cheddar cheese
* 1/2 cup diced smoked ham
* 2 eggs beaten
* 2/3 cup milk

DIRECTIONS
- Use a little butter to grease a loaf pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, sift together flours, salt, baking powder and paprika. Cut butter into flour mixture.
- Add grated cheese and diced ham then the eggs and the milk. Combine well.
- Scrape mixture into a loaf pan and bake in a 350 degrees F preheated over for an hour. Cool over a wire rack.
- Makes one loaf.

* 2/3 cup vegetable oil
* 2 eggs
* 1 1/2 cups flour
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 2 teaspoon cinnamon
* 1 cup grated carrots
* 1 cup golden raisins
* 1/2 cup chopped pecans

DIRECTIONS
- In a bowl, sift flour with baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
- Use another bowl to combine sugar with oil and eggs. Mix both mixtures together using an electric mixer. Once creamy, add the

- Fold in the carrots into the mixture along with raisins and pecans. Scrape batter into a well-greased loaf pan and bake at 375
- degrees F for about 55 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes and remove from pan then into a wire rack.

INGREDIENTS
* 1/2 cup butter (softened)
* 1/2 cup sugar
* 2 eggs
* 2 cup bran
* 2/3 cup bread flour (sifted)
* 1 1/3 teaspoon baking powder
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 6 tablespoons cornmeal
* 1 cup milk
* 1 cup black raisins

DIRECTIONS
- In a large bowl, combine butter and sugar together. Beat often until creamy.
- Beat the eggs one at a time into the mixture. Beat well after every addition. Add bran and combine well.
- Combine all the dry ingredients together and alternately combine with milk when done. Mix in the raisins.
- Scrape mixture into a 9 x 9-inch greased pan. Bake at 375 degrees F for about 45 minutes. Cool and serve.
- Makes one loaf.

* 1 teaspoon lemon rind (grated)
* 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
* 1/3 cup butter
* 2/3 cup brown sugar (packed)
* 2 large eggs
* 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 cup milk
* 1/3 cup pecans (chopped)

DIRECTIONS

* 1/2 cup white sugar

* 2/3 cup orange juice
* 1 egg, beaten
* 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
* 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
* 1/2 cup raisins

DIRECTIONS
- Set oven to preheat settings of 350 degrees F. Grease a 9 x 5-inch load pan lightly.
- Mix baking mix with sugar and orange zest in a large bowl. Add orange juice, egg and vegetable oil, stirring well until properly blended. Fold in the almonds and raisins.
- Transfer the mixture into the pan and place it into the oven for 35 minutes of baking.

INGREDIENTS
* 3 cups all-purpose flour
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 4 teaspoons baking powder
* 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
* 2/3 cup honey
* 1/4 cup margarine, softened
* 1 2/3 cups rolled oats
* 1 egg
* 1 1/4 cups grapefruit juice
* 1 cup chopped walnuts

DIRECTIONS
- Set oven to 350 degrees F preheat settings.
- In a large mixing bowl, sift flour together with salt, baking powder and soda.
- Use a moderate-sized bowl to combine honey with butter or margarine. Once the mixture is creamy, add flour mixture to oats, egg, grapefruit juice and walnuts. Mix well before pouring the mixture on a 9 x 5-inch lightly greased loaf pan.
- Place it into the oven to bake at 350 degrees F for an hour.
- Makes 1 loaf.

- Mix flour with baking powder, soda and salt. Add and combine it with the oat mixture then pour in a greased and floured 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch loaf pan.
- Place it into the oven and bake for about an hour at 350 degrees F.

* 6 tablespoons honey
* 1 cup plain yogurt
* 1 egg, room temperature
* 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
* 1 cup all-purpose flour
* 1 cup whole wheat flour
* 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
* 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
* 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

DIRECTIONS
- Set the oven to preheat settings of 375 degrees F. Grease a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan lightly.
- Use a large bowl to mix melted butter and honey. Mix in yogurt, egg and lemon juice.
- In another bowl, sift all-purpose flour together with whole wheat flour, baking soda, nutmeg and cinnamon. Fold it into the yogurt mixture and stir until properly combined. Transfer the batter onto the loaf pan and place it into the oven to bake for about 15 minutes. You can perform a bread test by inserting a toothpick at the center of the bread. If it comes out clean then the bread is done.
