INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 4 bagels, split
- 8 slices deli-style ham

DIRECTIONS
- Combine the cream cheese, honey and mustard.
- Cut your bagels and layer one side with cream cheese mixture then top it off with ham.
- Place the other side of the bagel on top to make a sandwich.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 6 miniature bagels, split

- Cut the bagels in halves then cover the top side of the bagel with cream cheese. Arrange them into a baking pan having the cheese face upside up. Slice the ham into two inch squares then top them off the cream cheese, layer it with tomato and onion and the other half of the bagel with pineapple and parsley.
- Set your oven to 350 degrees F and let them cook for ten minutes until the cheese starts melting.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 2 (6 ounce) packages sliced ham, chopped
- 24 mini bagels, split

DIRECTIONS
- Set your oven to 350 degrees F
- Using a moderate sized bowl mix the cream of chicken, cheese, mayo, ham and green onion. Top it off on your bagels then place them in the baking pan.
- Place them inside the oven and low it to toast for ten minutes.

- 5 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
- 2 (.25 ounce) packages active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup sugar

- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate squares
- 1 cup fresh raspberries

DIRECTIONS
- Set your oven to 375 degrees F
- Mix together the baking powder and soda, cinnamon, salt, sugar, yeast and flour in a bowl.
- While in a separate bowl, mix together the eggs, warm water and the oil. Pour this mixture over the dry ingredients then blend them well together just until moisten before tossing in the raspberries and chocolate.
- Split the dough into twelve even sizes then roll them making a snake like figure then shape them into bagel. Arrange the dough into a baking sheet.
- Let them cook for an hour at 375 degrees F.

This recipe is a very simple bagel recipe that you can make by the use of your bread machine. You can vary the flavor by adding your favorite ingredients

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 3 cups bread flour
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 3 quarts boiling water
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornmeal
- 1 egg white
- 3 tablespoons poppy seeds

DIRECTIONS
- Put the yeast, water, flour, salt and sugar into the bread machine plate as directed by the manufacturer. Set your machine into Dough setting.
- Once the cycle is finished, place the dough into a lightly oiled board. While in a saucepan boil three quarts of water then add in the three tbsp of sugar.
- Divide the dough into nine even slices then roll them into a ball. Flatten then then make a hole at the center with the help of your thumb. Wrap them up with a cloth then let is rest for ten more minutes.
- Spread the cornmeal into the baking sheet then gradually place the dough into the boiling water. Let them simmer for a minute turning them each to the other side.
- Arrange the dough into the baking pan then place it inside the oven and let them cook for twenty to twenty five minutes at 375 degrees F.

I have always wished that I could make a homemade bagel, so I searched for a recipe that I could make, until I came up with this recipe. Sometimes I make them using cinnamon, honey and raisins.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
- 1 1/4 cups warm milk (110 to 115 degrees F)
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

DIRECTIONS
- Break down the yeast into a warm cup of milk, then toss in the egg yolk, salt, sugar and butter. Blend the together before adding the flour gradually just until the mixture becomes soft dough.
- Place the dough into a lightly floured board then start with the kneading process until the dough becomes smooth and free of lumps the process should take about six to eight minutes. Cover it up and let it rise for an hour inside a temperate room.
- Press down the dough and form it into twelve round shape. Place your thumb into each of the dough to make an inch hole. Then let it stand for another ten minutes.
- Boil water then drop each bagel into it one bagel at a time. When it floats to the surface take it off the water and into the lightly oiled pan. Arrange the dough making 2 inch space in between.
- Set your oven to 400 degrees F and allow them to cook for twenty to twenty five minutes until the color turns brown. Then place them into the wire racks for further cooling.
