According to Lisa Allen from Fort Wayne, Indiana, she loves bread machine recipes because it isn’t just time efficient but also makes great bread! You may even use your coffee as an ingredient to make wonderful tasting bread out of your bread machine!

INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 3 cups bread flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons sugar

- 3 tablespoons instant coffee granules
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 3/4 cup warm milk (70 to 80 degrees F)
DIRECTIONS
Put all the ingredient, except for chocolate chips on the bread machine plate as directed by the machine producer, then set off the machine to the Basic Bread setting, and then push the Start button. If in there is a selection on the machine about the color and the loaf size you may choose the most appropriate one. After five minutes of combining together all ingredients, put in a tbsp or a couple of tbsp of water or flour just if it requires it. When the machine indicates you to add in the chocolate chips, do so, if it does not, just add in the chocolate chips before the last kneading process is about to be done.
