INGREDIENTS
- 2 tsp. garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 12-inch prepared pizza dough crust
- 2 cups fresh spinach, coarsely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups Red Delicious, Golden Delicious, or Granny Smith apples cored, peeled and thinly sliced (or chopped)
- 1 cup shredded low-fat, part skim Mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup crumbled Blue, Gorgonzola or Roquefort cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. dried leaf oregano

DIRECTIONS
- Set your oven to 450 degrees F.
- In a skillet pan sauté the garlic in olive oil for a minute or two over moderate flame.
- Coat the pizzas crust with olive oil and then layer it with spinach and then apples.
- Combine together the blue cheese, mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese together and then layer them on top of the pizza and then with oregano.
- Allow to cook for twelve to fifteen minutes just until the cheeses have melted and the crust turns brown.
