This muffin recipe is rich in fiber that can aid in healthy digestion. But more than anything else, this muffin recipe taste absolutely delicious!

INGREDIENTS
* 1 cup whole wheat flour
* 1 tsp baking powder
* 1 tsp baking soda
* 1 tsp cinnamon
* 1 cup oats
* 1/2 cup raisins
* 1 egg
* 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
* 1/3 cup brown sugar
* 1 cup mashed ripe banans
* 1 tsp vanilla

DIRECTIONS
- Prepare and grease 12-muffin tin. Set oven to preheat settings of 400 degrees F.
- Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Use a larger bowl to mix egg, applesauce, mashed banana, vanilla and brown sugar. Mix thoroughly.
- Combine both mixtures together just enough to moisten. Mix in oats and raisins.
- Pour batter into the muffin tin and set it in the oven for 25 minutes of baking.
- Makes a dozen serving.
