INGREDIENTS
2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
5 teaspoons milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup shredded Colby cheese
2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent rolls
5 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

DIRECTIONS
- Combine cream cheese and milk in a small mixing bowl until smooth. Add the eggs, cheese, green pepper and onion, stirring well until blended.
- Divide the dough to 8 wedges and press onto the bottom and up to the sides of greased muffin cups.
- use half of the bacon to sprinkle over the cups. Add egg mixture onto each cup and add the remaining bacon.
- Bake for about 22 minutes at 375 degrees F. Do not cover. Cool slightly and serve.
- Makes 8 servings
