This is a healthy bread recipe. Indulge without the guilt.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
5/8 cup water
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 3/4 cup bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon brown sugar
1 1/2 tablespoon nonfat dry milk powder
1 1/2 tablespoon butter
1/3 cup raisins
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoon yeast

DIRECTIONS
- Put all the ingredients in a bread machine pan as recommended in the manual.
- Choose the Sweet function at Light Crust setting and start.
- Makes one (1 1/2 pound) loaf.
