INGREDIENTS

• 1 Frozen puff pastry sheet
• 2 large Cooking apples; peeled; and -thinly sliced
• 2 tbsp Raisins
• 1 tbsp Sugar -mix with 1/4 tsp cinnamon
• 1 Egg -beat with 1 tsp water

• Unfreeze the pastry for about twenty minutes and then set your oven to 350 degrees F.
• Place the pastry into a lightly floured board and then spread the pastry into a 12 x 15 inch rectangle and then put it into a the pan. Layer the middle part with apple and then with raisins and cinnamon and sugar mixture. Coat the sides with eggs wash and then roll it up like a jelly roll, Tuck the ends under and then coat it with egg wash,
• Slash the top with diagonal slits, two inches apart and then place inside the oven and allow cooking for thirty five to forty minutes.
