INGREDIENTS
- 2 c Bisquick
- 1/2 c Apple; chopped, peeled
- 3 tb Brown sugar
- 1/4 ts Ginger
- 1/3 c Milk
- 1 Egg; or 2 egg whites or 1/4 c egg substitute
- Milk
- Sugar

DIRECTIONS
- Set your oven to 425 degrees F and then lightly oil a cookie sheet.
- Combine together all the ingredients and then place it into a lightly floured board and then start kneading for ten times.
- Mold the dough into an eight inch round and then place into the prepared cookie sheet.
- Coat the top with milk and then with sugar. Cut it into eight wedges and then place inside the oven and allow cooking for fourteen minutes. Best to serve it hot.
