INGREDIENTS
AMERICAN
- 1 c Apple juice unsweetened
- 2/3 c Applesauce unsweetened
- 2 tbsp Shortening
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 c Whole wheat flour
- 2 1/4 c Bread flour
- 1/2 c Granola
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp Yeast
- 1/4 c Raisins
CANADIAN
- 1 c Apple juice unsweetened
- 2/3 c Applesauce unsweetened
- 2 tbsp Shortening
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 c White Flour
- 1/2 c Granola
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp Yeast
- 1/4 c Raisins

DIRECTIONS
- Put all the ingredients inside the bread machine plate without including the raisins and then set the machine to Sweet and Regular or dark Crust setting and then push the start button. The machine will indicate you when to add the raisins.
- The only dissimilarity between the American and the Canadian recipe is that Americans use bread flour while the Canadian use all purpose flour.
