For less than the cost of a Big Mac, fries and a Coke, you can buy a loaf of fresh bread and some good cheese or roast beef, which you will enjoy much more.

If you prefer using other types of flour such as flax, you can but I think that this is the perfect combination.

    INGREDIENTS

    5 cups of almond flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons garlic powder
    2 tablespoons onion powder
    1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons Splenda or liquid sucralose
    1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
    6 eggs

    DIRECTIONS

    • In a bowl, stir together the almond flour, salt, seasonings and baking soda.
    • Beat eggs in a separate bowl. Add in the sweetener and vinegar.
    • Combine both mixtures together and ladle the sticky batter into a well-greased loaf pan. Use a rubber spatula to smooth the batter.
    • Place it into the oven and bake for about 55 minutes at 300 degrees F. Cool when done and slice thinly.
