People just can’t get enough of these biscuits and the addition of pretzel is very unnoticeable people would actually believe they are made from scratch.
|

INGREDIENTS
- 12 oz bag pretzels
- 1/4 cup fat free margarine
- 1/4 cup and 1 1/3 Tbs. plain nonfat yogurt
- 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS
- Process the pretzels in a food bender to form crumbs.
- In a bowl, mix together the vanilla, sugar, margarine and yogurt together and then mix in the crumbs and then blend them well together.
- Mold the dough into cookie shapes manually.

INGREDIENTS
- 12-oz pkg. chocolate chips
- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 Tbs. shortening
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 Tbs. water

DIRECTIONS
- Set the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Using a big mixing container mix together the vanilla, brown sugar and butter together mix well and then add in the milk and the flour.
- Mold the dough into a tsp sized balls and then arrange them into the baking sheet. Press the middle of the balls with the use of your thumb.
- Place the sheet inside the oven and let them cook for about ten to twelve minutes.
- Meanwhile melt down the shortening and then chocolate chips together into the double boiler. Once these are melted, take them off the flame and then add in a couple of water, a couple tsp of vanilla and corn syrup and then pour it over the cookie.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 egg whites
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. cream of tarter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 6 oz pkg. chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup nuts, chopped

DIRECTIONS
- Set the oven to 300 degrees F.
- Using a moderate sized bowl mix together with an electric beater the egg whites, cream of tartar and salt together and then pour in the vanilla and then pour in the sugar carefully while continuously mixing until the texture become foamy.
- Toss in the nuts and the chocolate chips and then drop a tsp of batter into a baking sheet lined with a wax paper and then place the sheet inside the oven and let the cook for twenty to twenty five minutes. Take them off the pan and allow to cool before serving.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup shortening
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt

DIRECTIONS
- Set the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Using a big mixing container, mix together the peanut butter, white and brown sugar and the shortening and then pour in the beaten egg and then carefully pour on the dry ingredients and then mix thoroughly.
- Mold a tsp of dough into a ball and then arrange them into the baking sheet making a couple of inch space in between each piece.
- Place the sheet inside the oven and let them cook for about nine minutes and the cool and serve.

This recipe makes a very damp and easy to chew cookies that also happen to have less fat content.

INGREDIENTS
- 6 Tbs. Margarine, softened
- 1/4 cup fat free sour cream
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 cup raisins

DIRECTIONS
- Set the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine the sour cream, margarine, vanilla and egg together and then add in the brown sugar. Add in the mixed flour, oats, baking powder and soda and cinnamon. Beat them well and then toss in the raisins.
- Drop a couple of tbsp of batter into the baking sheet lines with wax paper and then place them inside the oven and allow to cook for twelve to fifteen minutes, place into the wire rack for further cooling.

- 1 Cup Plus 2 Tbs. flour
- 1/2 tsp. Baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 Cup Unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 Cup Light brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 Cup Granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 9 oz White chocolate chips
- 1 Cup Macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped

DIRECTIONS
- Set the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Combine the baking soda, salt and flour together in a bowl and then in a separate bowl, beat the sugar and the butter together at moderate speed for two tot here minutes until the texture becomes frothy and then add in the vanilla and the egg, lower down the speed before pouring in the flour mixture. Toss in the white chocolate and then nuts.
- Drop a tbsp of batter into the cookie sheet leaving an inch space in between each piece and then place them inside the oven and let them cook for nine to twelve minutes, when done place into the wire rack for further cooling.

- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 3/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
- powdered sugar for garnishing

- Set the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Using a bog mixing container, add in the margarine or butter, powdered sugar, vanilla and salt and then beat them together using an electric mixer and then carefully pour over the flour.
- Toss in the nuts and then mold the dough into an inch sized balls, Arrange the dough into the baking sheet making a couple inches space in between each piece and then place them inside the oven and let them cook for eight to ten minutes without over baking them. Coat it with powdered sugar and then serve.

Topping:
- 4 Tbs. sugar
- 2 Tbs. cinnamon

- Set the oven to 375 degrees F,
- Using a big mixing container soften the sugar, margarine and eggs together and then toss in the dry ingredients; mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, combine the cinnamon and the sugar and then set aside.
- Mold the dough into a tsp sized balls and then coat t with cinnamon sugar mixture and then arrange them into the baking sheet making a couple inches space in between each piece.
- Place the sheet inside the oven and let them cook for eight to ten minutes.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 4 to 6 cups flour

DIRECTIONS
- Soften the butter, salt and vanilla together in a bowl until they are thoroughly mixed. Pour in the beaten eggs and then mix in the dry ingredients and the sour cream
- Place the dough inside the refrigerator and then roll out the dough making your preference thickness and then cut using a cookies cutter.
- Set the oven to 425 degrees F and then place into the wire rack for further cooling.

This recipe makes a very scrumptious Turkish classic flavored biscuits; best to hand them out as an accompaniment for Turkish coffee or hot tea.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups Sesame seeds
- 1/3 cup Honey
- 2 Eggs
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Premium Ammonia Powder
- 1 3/4 cups Flour, sifted
- 2 cups Semolina Wheat Flour
- 1 dash Sea Salt
- 3 tablespoons Warm milk
- 1/2 cup White Pistachios
- 1 tablespoon Pure Ghee

DIRECTIONS
- Set the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Combine the sesame seeds with honey. In a separate bowl butter the eggs, sugar and ghee together until the texture becomes frothy and light using an electric mixer.
- Mix together the ammonia powder, semolina, salt and flour and then pour them over the egg mixture, pour in the milk until you have form dough.
- Mold the dough into a wall nut sized balls and then coat it with pistachios and then press to form a couple of inch round cookies.
- Arrange the dough into an ungreased baking dish and then coat it with a tbsp of sesame mixture. Place inside the oven and let them bake for fifteen minutes.
