INGREDIENTS
- 9 tbsp. butter or lard, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp grated lemon peel
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt

DIRECTIONS
- Soften the butter and then sugar together until the consistency becomes frothy and then add in the eggs one at a time, lemon extract and peel. Grate the cheese and then pour it over the mixture while continuously beating.
- Mix the dry ingredients together and then mix them with the batter. Blend them well.
- Drop a spoonful of batter repeatedly on a lightly oiled baking sheet leaving a space in between each drop and then set the oven to 400 degrees F. Cook for fifteen minutes.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Margarine Softened
- 1 ea Large Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 cup Unbleached Flour
- 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/3 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 cup Chopped Nut

DIRECTIONS
- Lightly oil an 8 x 8 x 2 inch square baking pan.
- Combine the vanilla, brown sugar and egg together and then mix in the oats, flour, baking powder and salt and then fill the pan with batter.
- Layer the top with nuts and chocolate chips and then place it inside the microwave, set on high for four minutes.

DIRECTIONS
- Whisk the cream cheese, cinnamon and peanut butter into a bowl using an electric beater.
- Mix in the chocolate syrup and milk and then stir thoroughly.
- Hand them out alongside the fruit, pretzels or cookies.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup Cooking oil
- 3/8 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Smoothly beaten cooked
- Potatoes
- 1/4 cup Molasses
- 1 c Sifted flour
- 1/2 tsp Soda
- 3/4 tsp Ginger
- 3/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Salt

DIRECTIONS
- Soften the sugar and the oil together in bowl and then toss in the potatoes while continuously beating, add in the molasses.
- In a separate bowl combine the soda, spices, salt and flour and then gradually pour them over mixture.
- Drop a tablespoon of batter into a lightly oiled baking dish flatten the batter into an eight inch thick.
- Set the oven to 350 degrees F and then place the pan inside the oven and allow to cook for fifteen minutes.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Pound Sugar
- 12 Ounces Shortening
- 1/2 Ounce Salt
- 6 Ounces Eggs (3/4 cups, about 4 large or medium eggs)
- 6 Ounces Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Vanilla
- 2 Pounds Pastry Flour
- 1/4 Ounce Baking Powder

DIRECTIONS
- Set the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Soften the shortening, sugar and salt and then pour in the cream and eggs, mix well before pouring in the vanilla and milk. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour and baking powder and then pour them over the mixture.
- Roll the dough into a quarter inch thick and then dust it with granulated sugar. Bake them into a lightly oiled pan.

- 1 c Butter
- 1 c Sugar
- 2 Egg yolks
- 1 t Vanilla
- 1/8 tsp Cardamom
- 1/4 tsp Allspice
- 2 cup Flour
- 1 cup Pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup Strawberry jam

DIRECTIONS
- Soften the butter until it becomes creamy and then pour in the sugar, while continuously beating until the texture becomes frothy, mix in the egg yolks and vanilla and then whisk them vigorously.
- In a separate bowl, combine the allspice, cardamom and flour and then put them over carefully into the butter mixture. When they are thoroughly combined, toss in the chopped nuts.
- Pour half amount of batter into a lightly oiled 8 inch square pan. Layer the top with strawberry jam and then pour in the rest of the batter.
- Set the oven to 325 degrees F and then place the pan inside the oven and let them cook for sixty minutes.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- 1/4 cup oat bran
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup margarine — or butter
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons poppy seeds

DIRECTIONS
- Combine the whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, wheat germ, cinnamon, and salt and oat bran.
- While in a separate bowl, soften the butter and the brown sugar until the texture becomes frothy and then mix in the vanilla and the eggs and then add in the dry ingredients, blend them thoroughly before tossing in the sunflower and poppy seeds.
- Spread the dough into a waxed paper and then flatten it making a 1/8 inch thick dough uses a cookie cutter to cut the dough into cookies and then arrange them into a baking sheet.
- Set the oven to 350 degrees F. Place the sheet inside the oven and let the cookies cook for about eight to ten minutes. Wait five minutes before taking them off the pan.

- 1 cup Flour & 2 tbsp sifted
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Butter; softened
- 1/3 cup Sugar; brown firmly packed
- 1/3 cup Sugar; granulated
- Egg
- 1 1/2 tsp -Water; very hot
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 cup Chocolate chips; semisweet

DIRECTIONS
- With a vegetable oil, lightly grease your cookie sheet.
- In a bowl, mix together the baking soda, salt and flour while in a separate bowl, whisk the sugar, egg and butter for three minutes add in the hot water and vanilla. And then carefully pour in the flour mixture. Blend them well together until lump free before adding in the chocolate chips.
- Drop the batter into the cookie sheet and then set the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Place the sheets inside the oven and let them cook for about ten minutes and then into the wire rack for further cooling.

- Temp. (1 stick)
- 1/2 cup Creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Light brown sugar; firm pack
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 2 1/2 cup Granola
- 1 cup Raisins

DIRECTIONS
- Set the oven to 350 degrees F, Lightly oil your cookie sheets.
- In the waxed paper, mix in the baking soda, flour and salt together.
- While in a separate bowl whisk the butter, sugar peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until the mixture becomes frothy and light. Pour in the milk and eggs and then pour in the flour mixture.
- Drop a tablespoon of batter into a lightly oiled cookie sheet making a couple of inches space in between each piece.
- Place the sheet inside the oven and let them cook for twelve to fifteen minutes. Place into wire rack for further cooling.
