INGREDIENTS
- 3 cup sifted flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon ground dry parsley
- 1 cup beer
- 1 tablespoon honey

DIRECTIONS
- Mix together the baking powder, garlic, cheeses, parsley and flour in a mixing bowl before adding in the honey and the beer, stir them thoroughly.
- Lightly oil a 9 x 5 bread pan and then fill it up with batter.
- Set your oven to 350 degrees F and bake for forty five minutes. When done place it into the wire rack for further cooling.

INGREDIENTS
- 6 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon Italian dried herbs
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups room temp beer
- 1/2 cup tomato juice
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 cup or 6 oz gruyere cheese
- 1 cup or 3 oz parmesan cheese
- 2 cups or 6 oz white cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS
- Using a big mixing container, mix together the baking powder, salt, Italian herbs, mustard and flour.
- Set aside half a cup of white cheddar cheese, half a cup of Gruyere cheese and a quarter cup of Parmesan cheese and then cover it with flour.
- Using a separate bowl mix together the beer, sour cream, tomato juice, eggs and Worcestershire sauce and then beat them well. Combine the dry and wet mixtures together and then stir it using a spatula while scraping the sides of the bowl without over mixing.
- Lightly oil a couple of 9 x 5 inch bread pan and then fill them up with batter. Layer them off with the cheese mixture.
- Set your oven to 350 degrees F and then bake them for fifty minutes. Let it to cool down for fifteen minutes before taking them off the pans and into the wire racks for further cooling.

INGREDIENTS
- 6 tablespoon butter
- 1 1/2 cups self rising flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 1/4 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced smoked ham
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2/3 cup milk

DIRECTIONS
- Set your oven to 350 degrees F and then lightly oil your bread pan.
- Combine the paprika, baking powder and soda, salt and flour together before adding in the butter.
- In separate bowl, mix together the milk and eggs and then pour them over the dry mixture. Toss in the diced ham and grated cheese and then stir them well. Pour the batter over a bread pan.
- Bake for an hour and then place into the wire rack for further cooling.

- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1 cup golden raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans

DIRECTIONS
- Combine the cinnamon, baking powder and soda, salt and flour together before adding in the brown sugar.
- In separate bowl, mix together the butter, buttermilk and eggs and then pour them over the dry mixture. Toss in the carrots, raisins and the pecans and then stir them well. Pour the batter over a lightly oiled bread pan.
- Set your oven to 375 degrees F and then bake for fifty to fifty five minutes. Cool it down for ten minutes before taking it off the pan and into the wire racks for further cooling.

- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup chopped pecans

DIRECTIONS
- Combine the spices, baking powder and soda, salt and flour together before adding in the brown sugar.
- In separate bowl, mix together the butter, buttermilk and eggs and then pour them over the dry mixture. Toss in the chopped nuts and then stir them well. Pour the batter over a 9 x 5 inch bread pan.
- Set your oven to 350 degrees F and then bake for forty five to fifty minutes, or just until the toothpick poked at the middle of the loaf doesn’t have anything sticking to it when pulled out.

- 1/2 cup butter (softened)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cup bran
- 2/3 cup bread flour (sifted)
- 1 1/3 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons cornmeal
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup black raisins

DIRECTIONS
- Combine the sugar and butter whisk them well before gradually stirring in the eggs. Pour in the bran while continuously beating and add in the dry ingredients while substituting with milk put in the raisins and then stir it well.
- Fill a 9 x 9 lightly oiled pan with batter and then set your oven to 375 degrees F and then let it cook for forty to forty five minutes. Allow it to cool down before serving.

- 2/3 cup sugar

- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
- 2/3 cup walnuts

DIRECTIONS
- Soften the sugar and then shortening together until it turns foamy, before adding in the eggs.
- Combine the flour, baking powder and soda and salt together. Pour the dry ingredients alternately with the apples to the egg mixture. Then mix in the nuts and the lemon rind.
- Set your oven to 350 degrees F, lightly oil a 9 x 5 x 3 inch pan. Fill the pan with batter.
- Place the pan inside the oven and then let it cook for fifty to sixty minutes. Allow it to cool down before cutting.

- 3/4 cup golden raisins

- 1 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 3 eggs
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 (4oz) package of vanilla pudding & pie filling (NOT INSTANT PUDDING)
- 1 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
- 1 cup chopped walnuts

DIRECTIONS
- Set your oven to 350 degrees F. Mix together the sugar, pumpkin and oil; stir them well before adding in the eggs.
- Using a separate mixing container, combine the pudding filling, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and flour together. Add in the pumpkin mixture and then mix them well without over beating. Toss in the walnut s and the apricots. Fill a couple of lightly oiled 9 x 5 inch bread pans with batter.
- Place the pans inside the oven and allow cooking for sixty minutes. Place it into the wire racks for further cooling.

- 1/2 cup candied ginger (finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon lemon rind (grated)
- 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 cup butter
- 2/3 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup pecans (chopped)

DIRECTIONS
- Using a big mixing container, combine together the lemon juice, lemon rind, diced apricots and ginger.
- With the aid of an electric beater, beat the butter and sugar together in a mixing bowl and then alternately pour in the flour, baking powder, salt with milk.
- Toss in the apricot mixture and then mix them well. Fill a lightly oiled bread pan and then set your oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place the pan inside the oven and let it cook for an hour. Allow it cool down for another ten minutes before taking them off the pan and into the wire rack for further cooling.
