I usually prepare this bread recipe on a Holiday season as gifts for my friends, all I do is place them inside jar then wrap them up with colorful plastic wrapper to make it look special,

INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups white sugar
- 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2/3 cup water
- 4 eggs
- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon ground nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

DIRECTIONS
- Set your oven to 350 degrees F then lightly oil and flour a pound sized coffee canister or three, nine by five, bread pans.
- Using a big bowl, mix the eggs together with the sugar, pumpkin, oil and water, Whisk them thoroughly. Add in the flour, baking soda, nutmeg, salt and cinnamon. Toss in the nuts and the chocolate chips. Pour the batter over the canisters up to half or three fourths full or into the baking pans.
- Place them inside the oven and let them cook for about sixty minutes or just until the knife inserted at the middle of the bread do not have anything sticking to it when pulled out.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon milk
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

DIRECTIONS
- Set your oven to 375 degrees F
- In big mixing container, combine the vanilla, egg, vegetable oil, sugar and pumpkin.
- Using another bowl, mix together the baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, flour and baking soda. Combine both the mixtures together before putting in the milk. Mix them thoroughly. Toss in the nuts and the chocolate chips.
- Use a small spoon to drop the batter into a lightly oiled cookie sheet then place them inside the oven and let them cook for eight to ten minutes.

INGREDIENTS
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons butter

DIRECTIONS
- Set your oven to 375 degrees F.
- While in a moderate sized container, whisk the eggs together with milk then put it aside.
- Place the butter inside a twelve cups muffin pan evenly then melt them down inside the oven for about two to five minutes. Pour the prepared batter inside each muffin cup then place them inside the oven for five minutes before reducing the temperature to 350 degrees F and let them cook for twenty five minutes more until it puffed and the colors turns golden brown.

- Set your oven to 425 degrees F
- Place the ham, onion and green pepper in thin lightly oiled baking sheet. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, together with the eggs, flour, milk and curry until the batter becomes lump free.
- Fill the pan with batter then place it inside the oven and let it cook for thirty five to forty minutes until it turns crunchy and brown or until it start puffing out.

This recipe makes a vey scrumptious popovers that are fool proof and the good news is that it does not require a popover pan and you can put in any flavoring that suits your taste.

INGREDIENTS
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

DIRECTIONS

Lightly oil twelve muffin cups or place a muffin paper in each of the cups. Place them inside the refrigerator. Meanwhile in a mixing container, whisk the eggs well before adding in the milk, salt and flour, lumps may be present in the batter but it’s fine. Fill your chilled muffin cups with batter up to ¾ full. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F and let them cook for thirty minutes until golden brown, hand them out right away or you may reduce the temperature to 170 degrees if you are not serving them immediately.

- Combine the milk and the flour with the help of an electric mixer then set it aside for an hour. Melt the butter in a pan then add in the batter.
- Set your oven to 375 degrees F. The place the pudding inside the oven and let them cook. After twenty minutes reduce the heat to 350 degrees F then let them cook thoroughly for another fifteen minutes or until it turns golden brown. When done slice them up and then dish them out.

- 3 tablespoons shortening
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups low-fat milk

- Set your oven to 450 degrees F then lightly oil you 9 x 13 inch baking sheet with a shortening then put them inside the oven rack.
- In a moderate sized bowl, combine the flour and a cup of milk until the texture becomes pasty. Beat in the eggs just one egg at a time then add in the leftover cup of milk.
- The moment that the cup with shortening begins to smoke, take the pan off the oven and then fill them with batter.
- Place them back in the oven and allow them to cook for twenty more minutes until the color turns brown and light. When done let them cool for five minutes then cut them and dish them out right away.

This recipe is composed of eggs, milk, flour, salt and the roast beef residue which is all you need to make this wonderful Yorkshire pudding that can a perfect accompaniment for your home cooked roast beef.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs, beaten

DIRECTIONS
- Mix together the eggs, flour, milk and salt, blend them well with an electric hand mixer until the batter is lump free. Prepare the batter thirty minutes ahead before the roast is ready. Take the roast off the oven then get the oil extract and use them to grease a 9 x 9 inch baking dish.
- Higher the temperature to 425 degrees F, place the roast back inside the oven then fill your pan with the batter the let it cook for ten minutes.
- Take the roast off the oven then let the pudding to cook further for twenty five to thirty minutes. Allow them cool down them slice them up and dish them out along with the roast.
