- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 (16.5 ounce) can sour cherries, with liquid

DIRECTIONS
- Put all the ingredient on the bread machine plate as directed by the machine producer, then set off the machine to the Sweet bread cycle setting, and then push the Start button.
- If the machine that you are using has a fruit setting feature, put in the almonds, when it is indicated or add it up five minutes prior when the kneading process is about to get done.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup dried apricots
- 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons dry milk powder
- 2 2/3 cups bread flour
- 1/3 cup oat flour
- 1/2 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 1 cup water

DIRECTIONS
- Put the entire ingredients inside the bread machine plate, except for the apricots, as directed by the machine maker, set it off to the dough setting, and then push the start button.
- When the dough cycle is done, take the dough out of the machine then transfer it to a surface sprinkled with flour. Wrap it and allow it to rise for a bout thirty minutes.
- Shape it into a rectangular then brush the dough with a little bit of apricot on top. Roll it up into a loaf. Put it inside a greased baking sheet about 9 x 5 inches. And then allow it to reach twice its size for 60 minutes.
- After it has risen cut it in the center using a razor-sharp knife. Then preheat the oven to 375 degrees F or 190 degrees C.
- Oven-cook it for about thirty minutes or until the base of the loaf sounded empty when knocked. Take it away from the oven and allow it to cool down on a rack before serving.
